When we set out to create a modern, hand-crafted take on the classic London Dry Gin, we started back in the 1700’s. Our research pointed us to the history of gin from this proud land, and we tried out a host of recipes from the master distillers from this era. We loved the purity and simplicity of their process.

To achieve our own unique Holborn Gin flavour profile, we went back to nature. Only the finest hand-foraged wild botanicals, quality berries and carefully chosen spices from the local market find their way into our antique copper pot still. Each small batch is tended by our master distiller as it vapourises and dews back into the purest, finest London Dry Gin available anywhere.
